Sorbus reducta is a small, deciduous shrub with shiny, dark green leaflets that turn purple in autumn.
Clusters of small, white flowers in spring are followed by pinky-white fruits in autumn.
Very compact shrub for the rock garden. Grows up to 50 cm tall and something the same in width.
Grows well in sunny or partially sunny positions, in well-drained moderately fertile, humus-rich soils.
