A native of south western and western central Europe. Said to have been named from the latin "digitus" meaning finger, whilst ots colloquail name is derived from "folk's glove".
The foxglove fares best in full to partial sun and humus-rich soil that is well drained. It gently self-seeds, which compensates for its short life span. This striking old-fashioned ornamental is a welcome addition to any perennial border. Its blooms also make superb cut flowers.

GERMINATION INSTRUCTIONS
