A popular rock garden perennial for the spring garden. Low form, trailing mound of silvery-grey leaves, bearing masses of bright-yellow flowers in mid to late spring.
Clip plants lightly after blooming to maintain a bushy habit. Requires good drainage. Clumps are not easily divided, but this may be attempted in early fall.
Drought tolerant once established. Evergreen.
Succeeds in most soils. Prefers a sunny position and a well-drained soil.
A very ornamental plant. A good bee and butterfly plant.

GERMINATION INSTRUCTIONS
Sow seeds outside from April to June in boxes or trays with moist seed compost (or equivalent) and germinate at +16-+18C.
Germination should take 7-14 days.
When the seedlings are large enough to handle pot the seedlings singly into 75mm pots of potting compost.
