Mustard Spinach (Brassica Juncea Red Frills) 300 seeds (#1580)

Easy and fast growing, the baby leaves add colour and heat to salads. Larger leaves become more intense and are a great addition to stir-fries.
Can be grown inside in pots, containers, grow bags or a seed bed.
Harvest from April to October. Pick individual baby leaves as requiered, a few from each plant. They will regrow for up to 4 cuts.
Pick large leaves once mature. Leaves get hotter as they mature.
This attractive plant can be grown in a flower border if garden space is limited. Can also be grown in polytunnel or greenhouse from September to February for year round crops.
Crops sown during autumn and winter months will take approx. 65-90 days depending on temperature.
Approximately 300 seeds in 0.5g packet.

GERMINATION INSTRUCTIONS
Sow indoors or outdoors almost anytime of the year in large containers, grow bags or a seed bed.
Sow thinly, cover with 5-10 mm of fine compost. Firm gently and keep moist. Cover with glass, clear plastic or propagator lid.
Remove cover then seedlings appear.
Sow every 2-3 weeks for continuous crops.
