Silver acacia is a plant that grows in natural conditions in Australia. In cooler climate is popular as indoor plant only. In nature its height reaches 3 meters in the first few years and 7 meters throughout its life, but in pot will not reach more than 2 m.
It is quite a branchy tree. Leaves are small, light and delicate, gray-green in color. They do not fall off during the winter and continue to please our eyes.
Acacia trees are fast growing trees. Many people appreciate acacia trees for their decorative leaves and the possibility of planting in pots, not in the ground, from where the plant cannot be moved.
Grows well in fertile, slightly acidic soil. The position should be sunny, but at the same time sheltered from the wind that could break some branches.
Acacia trees grow best in countries with a mild and warm climate. We grow them only in pots, because it is not very resistant and the temperature is negative.
Water and fertilize it quite abundantly.
Can be grown in pots. Perfect for balconies and terraces.
