An original annual plant with a bushy habit and slightly purple flowers, 40-60 cm high for cultivation in containers and pots.
It is decorated with ovoid edible fruit, first white then yellow. Ripe fruit, rich in cholesterol-regulating substances, can be eaten in many ways: baked, grilled, steamed or canned.
Grow in a fertile, moderately moist soil in a sunny place.

GERMINATION INSTRUCTIONS
Can be sown from February to October inside or in spring 7-10 weeks before transplanting outside.
Start eggplant inside 3-4 weeks before the last frost. Transplant outside 4-6 weeks after the last frost into a
warm and sunny location.
Sow seeds 3-4 mm deep. Time to germinate: 10-14 days at +18-+22C..
